US gasoline and distillate stocks build, says API

London (Quantum Commodity Intelligence) - US gasoline and distillate stocks climbed last week, according to sources, citing the American Petroleum Institute.

Gasoline stocks were up 2.4 million barrels and distillate stock were up 3.8 million barrels over the week to June 4.

US crude stocks were down 2.1 million barrels.

The more closely watched Energy Information Administration statistics will be released at 1530 UK time.
