This cash assessment reflects the value of a cargo of jet fuel delivered CIF Mediterranean basis Augusta 10-to-25 days forward from the date of publication. Other ports will also be taken into account for the assessment. This product is the primary fuel used for jet engine aircraft in Europe. It is a flat price assessment and is traded as a differential to low-sulfur gasoil futures or as a differential to the underlying forward curve.
